Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. She was a former political candidate, as an American television host at MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former co-host and host of the show The Hill's Rising along with Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball declared that they would be leaving the show at the end of May in 2021. They planned to launch their own independent project called Breaking Points. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast along with Kyle Kulinski. She has been featured on various networks' programs, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. Ball got married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball says that her renewed interest in politics partly due to her experience as a mom in the 2008 presidential primaries. Additionally, she also was a witness to the US presidency election during her time in Jordan. She observed how it affected the people of that country and gained an appreciation for US politics' global impact. She was part of the Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district. She lost to Rob Wittman in 2010. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 15, 2015. She created the People's House Project, an action committee working for Democratic causes in May 2017.
